Physics
I am a graduate student in physics at the Okinawa Institute for Science and Technology! I generally study statistical physics, usually in the context of soft matter or biology.
Programming
On top of my work as a physicist, I am an open source maintainer for several projects, typically relating to scientific computing or hardware. These projects span several languages, including Python, C++, Java, Go, and Matlab, and I've also written a few tutorials on how to make specific programs.
Science Art
I draw sketches and illustrations to explain scientific concepts to include in my research presentations, display on this site, or do whatever else with! I've been commisioned as a scientific illustrator by other researchers, and have hosted small workshops on designing figures at my institute.
